How we came to be
Our wedding venue was born from a love of family, tradition, and the land itself. Set on family property—passed down through generations—it’s a place rich with history and heart. My wife, with over ten years in the bridal industry, brings a passion for creating unforgettable wedding experiences, while I bring a lifelong connection to farming and the land we now share. Together, we’ve transformed this piece of family heritage into a space where other families can begin their own beautiful stories.
Our Wedding/Event Venue
Our gambrel style venue, at over 8,000 sq ft, will be perfect for any special occasion. With a luxurious bridal suite and a comfortable groom suite, we will ensure every detail is perfect for your special day. Our large kitchen space will allow for seamless catering, and our facility will be handicap accessible making it an ideal choice for all guests. Experience elegance and convenience in one extraordinary location!

Pricing and Packages
For the year 2027 we will be offering introductory rates for events. These prices will increase the following year.
December, January, February
Monday-Thursday $4,000
Friday $5,500
Saturday $6,000
Sunday $5,500
March-November
Monday-Thursday $5,000
Friday $6,500
Saturday $8,000
Sunday $6,500
For the year of 2027, we will only be offering one inclusive package with a flat rate of the venue fee. Expect more packages and amenities the following year.
Our base package will include the event space. We will also include tables and chairs to accommodate 250 people. In addition we will have a small variety of linens to choose from.You will have the venue from 8am to 11pm. No exceptions.
A deposit of 50% will be due the day of booking. The remainder of your balance will be due 4 months prior to your event. In other scenarios (a short engagement or last minute booking) all funds are due day of booking. If you fail to meet these requirements you will forfeit your booking date. Down payments are non refundable. We will also be charging a $500 incidental deposit on top of your 50% deposit day of booking and that will be returned to you once your event has concluded and everything at the venue is as it was when arriving. We take pride in this space as it will become a part of our home. We intend to extend the integrity of it as long as possible. We thank you for understanding.
In addition we will require you to have a day of coordinator to help ensure your day runs smoothly. We have a few coordinators that will be familiar with our event space and will confidently conduct your day.
